Student Bursaries

The Municipality of Russell Binscarth will distribute 5 x $1,000.00 in bursaries to youth

who reside in the Municipality for the purpose of

pursuing post-secondary education or training in one of the following fields of study:

Agricultural

Trades or Engineering

Law

Health

Business

The 2026 Intake Period was from April 29- May 25.
