Flood Recovery Support Services
Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure's Emergency Management Organization (EMO), in partnership with the Canadian Red Cross, is providing in-person recovery support and services for residents affected by recent flooding.
Russell is acting as a regional hub for residents that have had flooding impacts in the surrounding Parkland municipalities.
Recovery specialists will be set up in person and can help residents:
• Understand insurance.
• Complete financial assistance applications.
• Access information on recovery programs, services, and eligibility requirements.
