MUNICIPAL FACILITIES MANAGER The Municipality of Russell Binscarth invites applications for the position of Manager of Municipal Facilities. Reporting to the CAO, the successful applicant will be familiar with municipal facility operation, including rinks, halls, fitness centres and other municipally owned spaces. The successful applicant must be able to work varying shifts and weekends, be able to obtain quotes for equipment, various contract work, and supervise work on various facilities.
