Who? Everyone! We welcome all skill levels!
When? Tuesdays from 1-3 pm & Thursdays 9-11 am & 7-9 pm
Where? The Main Hall at the George P. Buleziuk Centre (106 Shell River Ave)
What to bring? Clean indoor shoes & water bottle - ALL equipment is provided!
