2024 Funding Application #9A Form
The intention of the MRB Grants Program is to provide available resources throughout the municipality, supporting volunteer, community-based organizations.
Grants are intended to provide modest levels of support and assistance to non-profit and other organizations. The intent is to enhance a program, project, or service, but not intended to sustain the organization. The program attempts to balance ongoing needs and new applications.
Grant applications – Form #9A – are available online or by contacting the office at 204-773-2253.
The deadline to apply is February 29, 2024.

MUNICIPALITY OF RUSSELL BINSCARTH BURSARY PROGRAM
2024 Bursary Program
The Municipality of Russell Binscarth will provide up too five (5) $1,000.00 bursaries to youth who reside in the Municipality of the purpose on pursuing post-secondary training in one of the following fields of study:
- Agricultural
- Trades
- Law
- Health
- Business
The bursary is open to all youth residents (to age 29) of the Municipality of Russell Binscarth who possess a high school diploma or are over 18 to 29, who are able to demonstrate their intention to return to the Municipality to live and work upon completion of their program will be given priority.
