Official Rules & Regulations for Russell Take a Year Off Lottery (2024)
Draw date November 23, 2024 – 5 PM at the Russell Memorial MultiPlex, 325 Main St. North, Russell, MB
Deadline to purchase tickets is 2:00 PM November 23, 2024
Must be 18 years of age or older
Organizing committee members cannot participate.
In the event prize(s) remain unclaimed 60 days after the final draw, the prizes will be retained by Assiniboine Valley Recreation.
Prizes will be drawn in the order shown on the ticket starting at the 9th prize and ending with the grand prize draw.
Only 2300 tickets will be printed. (1400 @ $100 each and 300 3 packs @ $250)
All prizes will be accepted as awarded.
All draws are open to all ticket holders.
All tickets purchased will be eligible for all draws. (Winning tickets will be returned to the draw drum)
Winners will be notified by phone and names will be published in the Russell Banner the week after the draw. Names will be announced on CKLQ radio.
If a check or payment is refused, the ticket associated with that payment will not be eligible for any draws until full payment plus any bank charges are received.
Prizes awarded to group tickets will be paid to the first name listed on the ticket.
The committee will not be responsible for resolving any disputes arising from group tickets.
50 / 50 add on draw
Draw date November 23, 2024 – 5 PM at the Russell Memorial MultiPlex, 325 Main St. North, Russell, MB immediately following the Russell Take a Year Off Lottery draw.
Deadline to purchase 50 / 50 tickets is 2:00 PM November 23, 2024
Must be 18 years of age or older
50 / 50 tickets can only be purchased or ordered in conjunction with a 2024 Russell Take a Year Off Lottery main draw ticket.
Please purchase your 50 / 50 ticket when you purchase your main draw ticket
50 / 50 tickets will have maximum sales of 5000 tickets.
Ticket price is $20 each
The winner will receive 50% of the 50 / 50 sales.
In the event prize(s) remain unclaimed 60 days after the final draw, the prizes will be retained by Assiniboine Valley Recreation.
