Assiniboine Valley Recreation is the Recreation Department of the Municipality of Russell Binscarth.

Mission:

• To provide recreational and leisure programming for area residents

• To assist with the development and maintenance of recreational facilities

• To assess educational needs and work cooperatively to provide
opportunities

• To cultivate an awareness and appreciation for the arts and culture

• To assist non-profit organizations with fund-raising projects

• To provide assistance and direction in Special Event Planning

• To provide assistance in grant research and application completion
