2025 USED OIL PROGRAM

 

The Russell Binscarth/Riding Mountain West Solid Waste Management Committee has agreed to once again implement a promotional program designed to provide an incentive for individuals to bring used oil to the Eco Centre.

 

Effective June 25, 2025, the Russell Binscarth/Riding Mountain West Solid Waste Management Committee will provide coupons to individuals delivering used oil to the Eco Centre Depot as follows:

$5 coupon for delivery of 20 litres to 40 litres of oil

 $10 coupon for delivery of 41 litres to 200 litres of oil

 

Maximum coupon value per single delivery $10. All coupons will expire November 30, 2025.

 

Coupons can be used against the purchase of oil at any of the following participating merchants:

  • Brendonn Holdings (Petro Can)
  • Rocky Mountain Equipment
  • Russell Inns Ltd. (C-Store)
  • Southend Auto & Ag (Napa)
  • Hewson’s Entreprises
  • Twin Valley Co-op (Agro)

An updated list of participating merchants will be available at the Eco Centre.
